Easter 2013

Easter was so much fun this year! My good friend Christie and I have recently become the Children's Ministry leaders at our church.  So with Easter coming we had decided to try to put on an Easter Egg Hunt after our church service.  So we asked our church member so to donate filled plastic Easter eggs and we got above and beyond what we ever thought we would get! We got 1200 eggs!! So needless to say that our group of about 50 kids got an abundance of Easter eggs! So fun for all of them!  Since we have moved away from our family, we have been blessed with our friends "family" to celebrate holidays with! This year we got to celebrate with our dear friend the Thien's, our pastor's family, and another family from our small group the Blackwells. All of these families mean so much to us! We were just so blessed by it this Easter and reminded what Christ did for us by dying on the Cross for us!
