Sunday afternoon we went to my parents house-Grammie and PawPaw. Jayce loves being around them and we love that they enjoy him so much. Grammie got Jayce a shovel set that has a rake, bucket, toys and lots of other things in it. My parents also have lots of places where he can play in the dirt there. So needless to say--he LOVES it!! He found a pot with some old dirt in it and just was having a hay day of fun. He would fling dirt out and then just laugh and laugh. He really enjoyed being able to get dirty. At one point he actually ate some dirt. It was so funny!! He really didn't like the taste of it and wanted me to wipe his face off! SOOOO FUNNY!!
Along with playing in the dirt, he really enjoys walking around and talking on any available cell phone. My mom gave him an old one and wouldn't let it go. He didn't care that it was pink. :) He played in the dirt with one hand and talked on the phone with the other. He also enjoyed helping PawPaw cook dinner. I just can't believe how big he has gotten. He is just turning into my big boy. In just a few short months he will not only be my big boy, but he will be a big brother! So crazy to think about.
