My sweeties

Spring break was a fast and busy week. Layne's sister came into town with her husband and three boys. We spent most of the week at his mom's house so that we could hang out with everyone as much as we could. We don't get to see them very often and so it was nice to be with them. Wednesday we went to the rodeo and had a great time. It wasn't what we expected at first.....it was SUPER SUPER busy!!! There was pretty much no parking, so we had to drive around to a few parking lots. Then once we go to the carnival part, the lines were VERY long. The kids did pretty well despite all the craziness. Jayce was super cute in his rodeo attire. I didn't get a pic of Ryleigh in hers. I can't believe that I didn't get a pic of her. They both looked really cute. Jayce absolutely LOVED the petting zoo. He could have stayed there all day long. He also loved feeding the animals. He thought it was so cool to have the animals eat out of his hands. It was a very long day, but everyone had a great time!

That weekend, when Layne's sister left we went to dinner with some of our good friends, The Mauks. While at dinner, Ryleigh was eating a french fry and it totally looked like she was reading and eating at the same time. It was pretty cute.
